Looking for something fun AND active to do this summer in Martinez? Then you’ll love the Martinez Summer Bike Challenge! Not only will you get to know your neighborhood better, but there are also freebies at each station. There are a total of five parks on this challenge, so pack a snack and plenty of water so that you can enjoy the beauty that surrounds you when you arrive. If you happen to see us strolling through downtown or any of our great parks, be sure to say “Hi neighbor”.

Fun Fact: There is a historic gazebo at the first stop on the challenge, at Rankin Park. It was erected in 1907!
Fourth of July Meet & Greet Re-Cap
Our neighborhood meet & greet went better than we had anticipated – We had over one hundred attendees! It was a blast to meet our neighbors and connect with them. Many of them had stories about previous owners and about how they’ve seen the home change so much over the years.
