The green grass on the hillsides; the baby cattle who freely roam the Regional Parks; the crisp pages of our new calendars and the fog that has been rolling in have all brought a sense of freshness to our little community. With a new year comes a fresh start and a time for us to reflect on the past and look forward to the future. Many have new year’s resolutions, which provide a reset for bad habits to become healthy, new habits.
For my family, resolutions have morphed into a lifestyle change. We’ve built a new gym in our garage, have started prepping our food for the week and make time to spend together. With the start of a new decade, it only seems right to start FRESH!
I’m thrilled to have the Farmers Market within blocks from us. The local, organically farmed produce makes healthy eating easy. They’re open every Sunday from 10am until 2pm. If you’re in town, be sure to stop in! Because it’s located in the downtown area, there are even great deals at the local businesses to!
